Draw This Again! Meme

I decided to try my luck with this. The one on the left was drawn in October of last year and the one on the right was created this month. So, have I improved despite the fact that it hasn't been a year between these two drawings? The left was strictly and only used from GIMP. The right one was drawn from ArtRage and colored from GIMP.
